Welcome to Piedmont Polocrosse!

Do you like team horse sports? Ever been interested in polo, but wasn't sure how to play? Check out polocrosse! It's exciting to watch as well as play. It's similar to polo, but played with lacrosse-like rackets and a big squishy ball.

Piedmont Polocrosse is a polocrosse club based in the heart of North Carolina in the Raleigh-Durham area.

Practices are normally held on a monthly basis at the Castle Farm in Knightdale. Please contact us in order to join! In order to stay on top of the latest news, practices and tournaments, please join our mailing list.

In order to join Piedmont Polocrosse, you will have to fill out our membership and release form, as well as the membership fee and bring it to the next practice.

If you haven't practiced with your horse, come to a practice on foot and see what the game is like! It's fun and you can do a lot with players on horseback. You will learn a lot without also having to worry about your horse. We have equipment you can borrow until you can get your own.

If you do plan on riding, please bring safe riding attire, including a helmet, shoes with a heel and safe tack. We do not bring spare horses to practice, so please contact us if you need help finding a mount.
